Ben joined Streamline Development Partners in February of 2023 as Real Estate Manager with an emphasis in Acquisitions. Prior to joining Streamline Development Partners, Ben spent five years with The Blackburn Group where he wore many hats including Construction Manager, Director of Sales & Director of Land Acquisitions. 

Ben is currently the Director of Land Acquisitions at The Blackburn Group in addition to his current role at Streamline Development Partners.

Ben attended the University of Mississippi in 2014 where he studied for a bachelor's degree in Real Estate. While attending school, Ben also had his real estate license & assisted his grandfather at his brokerage, Barrier Land & Real Estate. 

Ben brings an expert knowledge of the market, positive client relations & a keen eye for acquisitions.

He currently resides in Austin, TX.
