A career encompassing over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate and development industry, Joe’s experience and expertise is predominantly in single tenant retail development. He has completed development projects throughout the southeast primarily with Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to founding Streamline Development Partners, he was a development partner with a regional development company, held an executive leadership position for one of the largest national retail development companies and worked in the real estate investment banking industry.

 

His experience includes multi-unit store rollout for high growth retailers across a broad footprint, as well as strategic market penetration into new markets. Joe has successfully led over seventy retail development projects from land acquisition to store opening including: build-to-suits, reverse build-to-suits, ground leases and other creative deal structures.

 

Joe graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Economics and resides in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife Amy and their two boys.
