JC joined Streamline in July 2020 as a Development Manager with a focus on development opportunities and business development.  After 20+ years of experience in the restaurant industry JC shifted his focus from the tenant side of the real estate to the development side of real estate. Throughout his twenty plus years owning and operating restaurants, he performed site selection, lease negotiation, architect management, and construction management while overseeing business processes and brand-specific vendor relations. Primarily focused in the restaurant facet of the industry, JC led diverse teams and sourced site locations for over sixty restaurant locations in the Carolinas and Southeast.  His portfolio included Salsarita’s Fresh Cantina, McAlister’s Delis, a Wolfgang Puck concept, MOD Pizza, Sonic, and Fuzzy’s Tacos.   JC is skilled in maintaining strong relationships, identifying superior sites in high profile markets, and managing a project from start to finish.

JC received a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Mississippi.  After working throughout the Southeast, JC had the opportunity to move back to Oxford, MS where he resides with his wife and son.
